In 1971, at just 12 years old, Bob Cowan started a landscape endeavor with his older brother Richard – a small maintenance company called “Cowan Landscape Maintenance”. Over time, the two brothers had developed their company into a thriving enterprise – and transitioned from focusing solely on maintenance accounts to becoming one of California’s largest independent Landscape Construction firms specializing in everything from Landscape Maintenance to Design-Build, Erosion Control and Landscape Construction.

Throughout the years, Marina has been recognized by our peers and customers as the recipient of several of the prestigious Associated General Contractor (AGC) Constructor Award (The “Oscar” of the Construction Industry).
