Marina Landscape, Inc. has been a proud employee-owned company since 2022. This vehicle allows employee-owners to share in the growth and prosperity of Marina Landscape, Inc. ESOP is our Employee Stock Ownership Plan. We make yearly contributions of stock or cash to the ESOP on behalf of our employee owners.
Embracing our slogan, “Still Growing,” Lisa and Bob Cowan looked to the future of Marina and found the best succession plan. In November 2022, during a celebration of Marina’s 50-year milestone at the Bowers Museum, they surprised the Marina family by announcing that Marina had become Employee-Owned as an ESOP.
Being Employee-Owned allows the hard work that Marina employees have always dedicated to directly benefit them in the form of a retirement plan that grows as they continue their careers at Marina. Clearly, the Marina Landscape family embraces our slogan of “Still Growing” every day.
