Marina’s role in this project includes irrigation and planting site work. The new P-1916 community support facilities include ordnance magazines, airfield facilities, research and development labs, and quality of life facilities.
Marina has the privilege to work with Soltek Pacific to provide Camp Pendleton’s new care center with temporary erosion control, irrigation, and landscaping.
Marina has worked with Walsh Construction to provide irrigation, planting, and maintenance for Travis AFB. Planting areas include the Northwest of the building using hydroseeding method. A new irrigation system has been installed along with temporary erosion control.
Marina’s scope of work includes hydroseeding, planting, and irrigation around the Brown Field Border Patrol Station.
In this project, Marina has performed landscaping and paving work to improve visual aesthetic and reduce bio-retention. New additions include 48 new trees, three accent trees in the main entrance, and a new main entry walkway.
Marina has partnered with Barnhart Reese Construction to perform irrigation and landscaping site work. The P-1924 Training Facility at Naval Air Weapons Station (NAWS) features training facilities, computer labs, science labs, and classroom spaces.
This Design build project was a unique opportunity to retrofit an underutilized parking island into a unique Reflection Garden. Located on the grounds of the Long Beach Veterans Hospital, this unused island was transformed into a walking hub with seating areas. The paths are designed to direct the busy pedestrian flow from the parking areas and between buildings. By utilizing unique planting and massing, each pedestrian is able to experience a unique experience throughout the year. The seating where located to create opportunities of people watching within a garden setting. This garden is a positive addition to the Long Beach Veterans Hospital.
Marina has joined McCarthy Building Company in the project for the Omni West Department of Public Social Services in Norco, CA. Scope of work provided by Marina includes landscape and irrigation.
