Additionally, with the support of a Construction department with over $50 million in annual sales, being focused on design-build allows us to put a true construction cost to your project. There are zero surprises in our estimates because we have the expertise and industry knowledge to accurately budget your project from the beginning.

Marina has a bond capacity of $15 million for individual projects and $60 million for aggregate jobs – which means you don’t have to take that risk – we take it for you. At Marina Landscape we take pride in staying ahead of the technology curve by bringing our customers the latest innovative products and services.

Marina Landscape Maintenance offers its customers software programs which allows us to track and view, in real time, actual water usage. This software allows water budgets to be uploaded directly from the water company and can be tracked with each reading to verify that our customers always stay within budget.

Marina Landscape Maintenance also has several web based irrigation controller options which allow for remote monitoring and instant alert capabilities.  All of Marina’s field personnel carry iPads for programming and checking our customer’s web based irrigation controllers.

FERTIGATION AND FERTILIZER APPLICATIONS

Combining soil and plant science with water management, fertigation is the application of organic-based fertilizers and other soil and plant products through an irrigation system. The benefits of Marina’s unique and proprietary combination include significant cost savings in labor, fertilizer and water, along with the elimination of chemical fertilizers running into storm drains. Marina Landscape has its own Storm Water Prevention Department to ensure our customers are in complete compliance with all local, State and California Laws.

At Marina, a state-of-the-art injection system is used to deliver a precise micro-dose of fertilizer to the plant material while being controlled and monitored from a remote location.

Using a property’s existing irrigation system, plants are fed through their leaves as well as their roots, creating faster and noticeable results. After just a few months of a Marina fertigation program, significant changes in soil composition can be observed, including reduced soil pH, increased nitrogen, and increased calcium saturation, which ultimately results in improved soil and plant health.

DROUGHT MANAGEMENT

Marina has launched its new web based software program which allows real time water meter readings to be uploaded, stored and tracked. The software allows water budgets to be uploaded directly from the water company and can be tracked with each reading to verify that our customers always stay within budget.

Marina Landscape also has several web based irrigation controller options which allows remote monitoring and instant alert capabilities. All of Marina’s field personnel carry iPads for programming and checking our customer’s web based irrigation controllers. With these controllers a Marina supervisor will immediately receive an alert notification of any break or malfunction in the irrigation system.
